What is Snowvana?
Snowvana is the Northwest’s largest snow sports festival featuring three days of films, gear, resorts, interactive features, and live music for all Northwest snow lovers.
Held annually in Portland, OR, Snowvana stretches Friday through Sunday and includes key features such as the Northwest’s Largest Ski & Gear Swap, Mt. Hood Film Festival, unique offers from your favorite ski resorts, and most importantly—a place to get stoked for the upcoming season.

Snowvana’s winter expo will be held:
Friday, November 3rd:
Early Access 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
General Access: 1:00 pm – 8:00 pmSaturday, November 4th:

What is an Early Access ticket to Snowvana?
Early access tickets provide patrons of Snowvana exclusive first access to the Northwest’s Largest Ski Swap before Snowvana officially opens. With an early access ticket, you will be able to access the ski swap from 12 PM – 1 PM on Friday, November 3rd.
Early Access is available to all ticket holders who purchase before September 4th, 2023. You can also purchase 1 and 3-day passes with Early Access included.

We allow entry to the ski show expo hall any time during the day between the above-listed opening times.

How much are the tickets to Snowvana?
1-Day Pass: $12 + processing fees.
1-Day Pass (Early Access/Entry to Ski Swap on November 3, 12 – 1 pm): $17 + processing fees.
3-Day Pass: $25 + processing fees.
3-Day Pass (Early Access/Entry to Ski Swap on November 3, 12 – 1 pm): $30 + processing fees.
Children 12 and under get free admission thanks to Nokian Tyres!

2-for-1 Ticket Deals
Special two-for-one (two tickets for $15) will also be available every day of the ski and snowboard expo at the door for Toyota owners with Toyota ignition keys.
The same two-for-one offer is also available on Sunday to Community Heros: military personnel, first responders, nurses, and teachers. Occupational ID must be presented at the door.

Which days are my ticket for?
If you purchase an advance single-day ticket – that ticket will be good for any day. Three-day tickets are good for all three days of Snowvana.

Parking for the snow show is $12 per space, per entry. There is no valet.

SKI SWAP

How does the ski swap work?
Each year, the community is invited to purchase winter gear ranging from ski boots, snowboard bindings, goggles, ski travel bags, jackets, and so much more for up to 70% off.
Over 50 equipment manufacturers and representatives will be on hand, along with top area retailers Next Adventure, Hillcrest Sports, Daddies Board Shop, and Foster Outdoor, featuring over 40,000 square feet of new equipment, apparel, and accessories, available at special show pricing.

Can I sell ski gear on consignment at the Snowvana ski swap?
There will be NO individual consignment for the public this year at Snowvana.

If I purchase gear at the swap is there somewhere to keep it while I hang out?
We will have a gear check in the ski swap where you can keep your purchases safe while you hang out at Snowvana.

MT HOOD FILM FESTIVAL

What is the Mt. Hood Film Festival?
The Mt. Hood Film Festival is a part of Snowvana and will show all the best ski films throughout the ski and snowboard show all weekend long! Throughout Snowvana 22, we aired over 12 hours of films from skiing’s best film companies, which included Teton Gravity Research, Matchstick Productions, Level 1, Blank Collective, and more alongside an Amateur Film Competition spotlighting up-and-coming crews.
Snowvana 23 film line-up has not been released yet.

No, the Mt Hood Film Festival at Snowvana is included in your ticket price.

The contests held at Snowvana have not been determined for 2023.

WHAT CAN I BRING

Will I need ID?
To purchase alcohol at the venue during Snowvana, an ID is required. Snowvana will offer a large array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options. ID is not required to enter the Portland Expo Center.

Can I bring a backpack to the show?
Yes, you can bring bags into Snowvana.

Can I bring children?
Kids under 12 get free admission to Snowvana.

Smoking at Snowvana:
Smoking or Vaping is not allowed anywhere inside the Expo Center.

Are pets allowed?
The Portland Expo Center welcomes guests with disabilities who wish to bring their service animals to events at the Expo Center. Pets are not allowed to attend events at the Portland Expo Center.

Can I bring food to the Expo Center?
No outside food or drink is allowed inside the Expo Center.

Is there food available to purchase at the Portland Expo Center?
Multiple food carts and a concession stand will be open during the snow show.

Is alcohol available at Snowvana?
Snowvana will offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase with a valid photo ID. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue or the ski show.

Are there restrooms available at Snowvana?
Restrooms in the Portland Expo Center are located in the hallway near the entrance as well as inside across from the concession stand.
